What is your philosophy? I work within a philosophy that every individual has the key - the fortitude - within them to carry them through challenging time, and it is my job to help them identify their strengths and extract what is powerful within them to move them forward. I create the conditions for the individual to discover these untapped reservoirs of fortitude, especially in the face of a crisis.
My obligation to my clients does not end after I help them through their crisis - I continue to work with them to help them understand unhealthy patterns that may have led them to their crisis, and I help them uncover their resilience so that they are able to help themselves during their next adversity.
How do I get started? After receiving your inquiry, I will reach out to you within 24 business hours for a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and answer questions you may have for me. More importantly, the consultation will provide you an opportunity to feel my style to determine if I am a good fit for your needs.
What are your fees? This is an investment in your future. Fees charged are equivalent to those charged by other similarly-qualified therapist in the Bay Area. We will discuss my fees during your free consultation. If you cannot afford the full fee, we can discuss a reduction in the fee.
Payment is due when we decide that we are a good fit. Payments can be made through check, cash, or credit card.
What is your cancellation policy? I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, less than 24 hour in advance are subject to the full fee for the appointment time.
Do you provide tele-therapy and tell-coaching? For those who prefer to be in the comfort of their own home or office, I provide tele-therapy for clients living in California and tele-coaching for domestic and international clients via phone, Skype, or Zoom.
Will our coaching sessions look similar to a therapy session? Though my style is therapeutic in nature, our sessions will focus on your present and future experiences and goals - not your past. My approach as a Life Coach is to work collaboratively with you to design an action plan that is tailored to your strengths.
